jazeera.farm and Riayah: Livestock Care, the Jazeera Agro mobile app for Android and iOS · Effective 22 September 2026

Who we are

Jazeera Agro is a goat, cattle and camel farm in Gadap Town, Karachi, Pakistan. The Riayah app and the jazeera.farm website are operated on its behalf by HomeShopper AI Inc., which publishes Riayah on Google Play and the App Store. Contact: WhatsApp 0337 6220100.

What we collect

• Account data: your name, and your phone number or email address used to sign in, through Firebase Authentication (Google).
• Activity: animals you mark as interested, booking and palai requests, and messages you send us.
• Farm records (staff only): animal details, weights, vaccinations, treatments, photos and videos you upload, and image fingerprints computed on your phone for animal recognition. These describe animals, not people.
• Device data: a notification token for each device you sign in on, so we can send you farm reminders and updates. We do not collect your location, and the app carries no advertising or analytics trackers.
• Camera: used only when you take photos or videos of animals or scan a tag. Images are processed on your device and uploaded only when you choose.

How we use it

To run the marketplace and palai service, to contact you about animals and bookings you asked about, to keep animal records for the farm and its customers, and to improve the app. We do not sell personal data and do not use it for third-party advertising.

Sharing

Data is stored with our service providers: Vercel (hosting and media storage), Neon (database) and Google Firebase (sign-in). A palai customer can see the records of their own animal. A buyer can see an animal's health record only after the farm approves their request. Staff of the farm can see all farm records.

Retention and deletion

We keep your account while it is active. You can delete your account and personal data at any time from the app (Profile, Delete account) or by asking us on WhatsApp; we complete deletion within 30 days. Farm animal records are kept for the farm's own operations.

Your rights

You can ask us what data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it by contacting 0337 6220100. Children under 13 may not create accounts.

Changes

We will post any changes on this page with a new effective date.
